Study tour to Canada from July 14 to July 28, 2001. |

Mr. Bakhtiyor Mukhamadiev and Mr. Grigoriy Lyubar were invited to Mount Royal Collage for the participation in the Business Development Training program. This training program will be held in Calgary from July 14 to July 28, 2001. The main objective of this training is development of Commercial Courses for further sustainable functioning of the Training Centre.
The Training program has been organized by Lorna Smith, Director of the Mount Royal College (MRC) and will be coordinated by Ray Joyce, MRC instructor. The program will feature guest lectures by a variety of MRC business instructors and business development officers combined with working sessions and site visits to local and regional training centres.
As the key output of the training program, the trainees will be required to develop and present a comprehensive business development plan for the ICWC Training Centre. This plan will include the outline and implementation plan for 3-5 individual revenue-generating courses which might be piloted at the Centre during the 2001-2002 project year.
Mr. B. Mukhamadiev is a Deputy Director of ICWC Training Centre. He got a Master degree in Agricultural Engineering in Texas A&M University last year. In May 2001, B. Mukhamadiev took part in the "Regional Conference on Water Law the in Bosnia". Bakhtiyor is a member of Oliy Majlis workgroup for the development of Water Code.
Mr. Grigoriy Lyubar is a Network Administrator of the ICWC Training Centre. He graduated from Tashkent State Economic University and got a Bachelor Degree in Information System in Economy. Grigoriy is responsible for the further development of the Training Centre Data Base and Commercial Courses.
