In-country workshops and seminars for senior water managers |

 At the senior management level, workshops will be held to build upon the examples observed in Canada. Senior managers from each of the five countries will be brought together to engage in discussions and activities. Although the exact content of the discussions will be a function of the interests and specialties of the participants, topics that will be encouraged include, but are not limited to:
- Strategies to increase information and data sharing between countries of the region;
- Strategies to increase awareness of each republic's particular water needs;
- Strategies to promote the development of an integrated water management system in the region.
This activity will focus on the delivery of ten separate seminars on the above topics. Each seminar is expected to be two weeks in duration and each course will require the work of Canadian trainer for 25 days (approximately one week for preparation, two weeks for delivery and one week for review/evaluation).
