Training of ICWC staff and equipment procurement |

|
 In addition to observing and participating in the delivery of activities 3b, 4 and 5, ICWC instructors will receive specific instructional skills training that will give them the teaching skills necessary to carry on the center of excellence approach of this project after McGill and Mount Royal trainers have left. The training will focus on the following general objectives:
- To give instructors the skill to deliver courses in a western learner focused approach, similar to the delivery methods demonstrated by McGill and Mount Royal trainers;
- To give instructors the skills to operate and use advanced audio-visual and computer equipment to improve and enhance the learning experience;
- To give administrators the skills needed to market the training center as a local center of excellence and budget the institution's programs using a cost-recovery methodology.
