The present report memorizes a successful completion of the ICWC Training Center's workshop on "Monitoring and provision of safety of huge hydrotechnical works" organized in collaboration with SIC ICWC and Uzbek State Inspection on Controlling and Monitoring over Huge & Important Water Structures (USICMHIWS) that held from July 14-17, 2004 in the main office of ICWC TC in the BWO "Syrdarya" in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
